You'll discover new outfits to create with other items you own.

This way you'll have no shortage of options to choose from when dressing up.

Here's a few reasons why I love the navy blazer.

First of all, it's a timeless item that you can trust will ALWAYS be in style.

Though minor details (like single or double breasted) will change over the years, stylish men all over the world will never stop wearing navy blazers.

My second reason for loving navy blazers is that they're great for nearly every situation.

This could be first dates, business meetings, or even a night out with the boys.

No matter what the scenario, you can trust that the navy blazer will always be appropriate.

The final reason why you'll want to own a navy blazer if you don't already is that it pairs well with nearly everything!

On that note, let's talk about a few different outfits you can create using the good ol' navy blazer.

Navy Suit

This one seems a little obvious.

A navy suit is a classic option that you can always rely on.

My suggestion is to invest wisely if you're in the market for one.

Spend a little extra money, make sure it's great quality, and have it tailored if necessary.

You won't regret it!

I say this because you'll be relying on your navy suit for years to come -- trust me.

Blazer & Jeans With A Dress Shirt

Here's a versatile option for you.

Wear this outfit when you're out on dates, in business meetings, or if you're looking to one-up your buddies during a night out on the town.

There's a couple of different ways you can approach this look.

Depending on the situation I'd recommend either a pair of brown dress shoes or white sneakers.

Anything formal like meeting or certain date venues will require you to dress up.

If you're more interested in a smart-casual approach, stick with the white sneakers.

Take A Risk -- Pair A Navy Blazer With Coloured Chinos (or dress pants)

I'll let you in on a secret.

This is one of my favourite style hacks because it makes your outfit look more advanced than it actually is.

All it takes is swapping out your pants and you literally have a brand new look!

Keep in mind that certain colours are only appropriate for specific seasons.

Darker shades like burgundy or forest green are more appropriate for the fall.

Lighter shades like the chinos in the above picture make more sense for spring & summer.

Blazer & Jeans With A T-Shirt

The most casual out of all these looks.

If you're not comfortable wearing blazers yet, my recommendation is starting here.

This is an easy way to start feeling comfortable with the idea of wearing one.

Once you get the hang of it you can slowly start adding the navy blazer into your weekly rotation more frequently.

This will also make the idea of dressing up more approachable if it's something you're not comfortable with yet.

Mix & Match With A Pair Of Khakis

A little preppy?

Yes.

As long as you're ok with that, then you can rely on this is a classic look which has been around for decades.

What I love about this look is that it's versatile enough for the boardroom or the ballroom (business meetings or weddings).

Navy and khaki have been a classic pairing as long as men have been wearing clothes.

The beauty of this look is that the number of combinations that work well with it are nearly endless.

Both are versatile enough to incorporates various shades of green, red, grey blue, and even pink.

Have fun with this look and don't be afraid to experiment a little!
